The scope of intellectual property defined by the World Intellectual Property Organization includes: literary, artistic and scientific works, performances by performing artists, sound recordings and broadcasts, inventions in all fields of human activities, scientific discoveries, designs, trademark service marks, trade names and brands, cessation of unfair competition, and all other rights arising from intellectual activities in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields.
