Online declaration process:
Professional and technical personnel log on to the portal website of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security-government service network (trial operation)-personal service-quick link-and log on to the online declaration system of professional titles in Shaanxi Province.
I. Individual application
Participants fill in the evaluation form, submit materials reflecting their technical level, ability and performance contribution, relevant academic qualifications, qualifications, award certificates and other materials, and submit technical work summary since taking office. Exceptions should fill in the recommendation form for exception declaration.
Second, the unit recommended
The employing unit is responsible for reviewing the authenticity and completeness of the materials submitted by the participants and the annual assessment in the past five years, and publicizing them within the unit. The publicity period is not less than 5 working days. After the publicity has no objection, it will be recommended and reported by the unit.
Third, centralized submission.
The materials of the participating personnel shall be submitted uniformly by the unit. The competent department of non-public economy of small and medium-sized enterprises in urban areas issued a letter of entrustment and submitted it in a centralized and unified manner. The jury will not accept individual reports and leapfrog reports.
