The authorization of industrial patented products is terminated, but is there a production license for production?
A production license is a license to produce products. Whether a product needs a production license is managed by relevant state departments, such as the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, the US Food and Drug Administration, and the Safety Supervision Bureau. The patent right belongs to your personal private right. If you have a patent right, you can prohibit others from manufacturing, selling or using the product. If someone produces or sells the product without your permission, you can go to court to sue him for infringing your patent right and claim compensation. OEM enterprises need your authorization to produce your patented products, otherwise they may face your claim (of course, you may not necessarily do so). If you stop authorizing the OEM to produce your products, if he continues to produce, you can go to court to sue him for infringing your patent right and demand compensation, which has nothing to do with whether the OEM has a production license or not.
