Patent ownership and patent infringement

Power belongs to the company. Patent infringement refers to the illegal acts of others who, without the permission of the patentee, exploit valid patents protected by law for the purpose of production and operation. The patentee can be a company or an individual. Patent infringement directly punishes companies, not individuals, because rights belong to companies. Patents can be owned by individuals or employers, depending on who owns the patents.
