1. Upgrade the system version
The new version of the system improves the compatibility and stability, optimizes the performance, and enters Settings-System Upgrade (some models are: Settings-My Device-iQOOUI Version), so you can view the system version information. If it is not the latest version, I suggest you upgrade your experience.
2. Restart the mobile phone
Restart the mobile phone regularly (for example, 2-3 days), which can effectively clean up the cache and alleviate the jam phenomenon.
3. Check whether the mobile phone is hot
Enter I Manager-More-the mobile phone cools down, and check whether the temperature of the mobile phone is high. When the temperature of the mobile phone is high, the system performance will be reduced appropriately to reduce the running power consumption and heat generation, and the phenomenon of jamming may appear temporarily. It is recommended that you avoid using your mobile phone when charging, reduce the screen brightness appropriately, and turn off unused background applications and functions, such as Bluetooth and personal hotspots.
4. Check the power-saving mode and battery condition
In low-power mode or low-power condition, the performance of the mobile phone will be reduced to extend the battery life. If the low-power mode (setting-battery-low-power mode) is turned on, it is recommended that you switch to the normal mode (setting-battery-normal mode) and keep the battery fully charged (above 2%).
5. Clean up the storage space
When the running memory and storage space of the mobile phone are insufficient, it may lead to the jam, and the following methods can be used to clean up:
① Use "one-button acceleration" to clean up the unused background applications, so as to make the mobile phone in a better state;
② Enter the mobile phone I housekeeper and click one button to optimize/continue optimization. After optimization, the mobile phone I housekeeper will display the optimization results and setting suggestions. According to the prompt, complete the corresponding settings;

6. Check the updated software
If it is a third-party application, go to the App Store-Manage-Apply Update and try to update the software. The latest version generally solves some compatibility problems of the application itself. Using the latest version can ensure your best experience.
7. Unloading and reloading software
Too much or abnormal application data will lead to application jamming. Unloading and reloading software can improve the application jamming problem caused by abnormal data. Please back up the important data of the software in advance before operation.
8. Restore factory settings
It is recommended that you back up important data, restore your mobile phone to factory settings and try again. Operation method: Go to Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Clear all data (some models are Settings-More Settings-Restore Factory Settings-Clear all data), click to enter and follow the on-screen prompts. Clearing all data will restore the mobile phone to its initial state, and delete all data in the system space of the mobile phone, including account number, system and application data and settings, and installed applications.
