Patent' and' drug production' are two completely different things. Drug production should be managed by the Food and Drug Administration (I'm not sure about this, but drug production belongs to a transportation industry, and there should be a special management department and approval process), and patent examination should be conducted by China National Intellectual Property Administration, China according to the patent law. Patent infringement is managed by the judicial department.
If you have the patent right of related drugs, but there is no manufacturer, you need to cooperate with qualified manufacturers, and the drugs you produce need to be approved by relevant departments in the State Pharmaceutical Administration.
If you have a manufacturer who is qualified to produce drugs, you need the permission of the patent owner to produce a patented drug. Otherwise, your production behavior is infringement.
