Graduated from Lanzhou Medical College majoring in pharmacy and worked at Gansu Provincial Institute of Drug Research. He joined the company in June 2011 and has successively served as director of the company's technology development department, technology management department, and quality management department; he is currently the director of the company's quality management department and quality authorized person. In 2011 and 2012, he was selected into the "Longyuan Youth Innovative Talent Support Plan" of the Organization Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee. Since joining the company, he has been responsible for the company's new drug research and development, project application, technical management and quality management.
