1, reporting review time

The province's professional title declaration and participating materials will be submitted in two working days after the third quarter of 2022 (that is, September 29 to 30). In order to facilitate the "one-stop" declaration and collection of materials, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department will provide a unified place for centralized collection (notice). The effective time of relevant achievements and academic qualifications in the participating materials is the deadline for submission of materials (September 30, 2022, including September 30, 2022), and the academic qualifications, awards, patents, works and achievements obtained after that are not regarded as effective participating materials in 2022.

According to the relevant regulations, the filing time of the evaluation results is the voting day of the high judges plus 5 public working days. Evaluation conditions for applying for professional titles. The annual review shall be conducted in accordance with the current national and provincial professional title policies and various series (professional) evaluation standards. The professional title evaluation conditions of independent evaluation units (including universities, hospitals and enterprises) shall be filed in accordance with the standard conditions. Preferential policies for professional and technical personnel in private enterprises shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Further Improving the Work of Professional Titles in Private Enterprises (No.202013 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and No.20 14/February 15 10. 10 evaluation method for professional and technical personnel of innovative private enterprises in Hunan province (No.67 issued by Hunan People's Social Welfare Department [2019]).

Review job requirements. Interim provisions on the administration of professional title evaluation

Article 5 The evaluation criteria for professional titles are divided into national standards, regional standards and unit standards.

The national standard of each title series shall be formulated by the administrative department of human resources and social security of the State Council jointly with the competent department of industry.

Regional standards shall be formulated by the administrative departments of human resources and social security in various regions in conjunction with the competent departments of industry according to national standards and combined with the actual situation in the region.

The unit standard shall be formulated by the employer with the right to evaluate professional titles according to the national standards and local standards, combined with the actual situation of the unit.

Regional standards and unit standards shall not be lower than national standards.
