1. The manuscript should be scientific, advanced, and practical, with reliable information, accurate data, clear arguments, clear levels, concise text, neat writing, and standardization. Statistical processing should be performed when necessary. Thesis and review should be within 5,000 words. Write on graph paper or print on a computer in manuscript format.
2. The title of the article must be concise and clear and reflect the specific content of the article. Generally, subtitles are not used. The title should be no more than 20 Chinese characters, and avoid using chemical formulas, formulas, and abbreviations that are not familiar to readers. 3. Author's signature and work unit The author should be the main person involved in the special research work of the manuscript. He should be responsible for the content of the full text and be able to answer questions in the text. He is the legal authority and responsible person for the paper. The order of author signatures should be based on the participant's contribution to the paper. The ordering should be determined during the drafting process and should not be changed during the arrangement process. Those who only participate in obtaining funds or collecting data cannot be listed as authors; those who are only general managers of scientific research groups should not be listed as authors. Articles signed collectively must identify the main person responsible for the article (writer). If there is a foreign author among the authors, his or her consent should be obtained and a letter of certification should be provided. Those who have assisted in the work or provided information or materials can be thanked at the end of the article, but the consent of the person being thanked should also be obtained in advance. The name of the author's organization (full name should be written) and postal code should be written on the lower left side of the homepage of the article. If the author is from more than one institution, except for the first author’s institution, authors from other institutions should note ①, ②… in the upper right corner of their names, and list the names of their institutions after the first author’s institution, with “;” No. separated.
4. The abstract paper must be accompanied by a Chinese and English abstract. The abstract must include Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Write in the third person without using subjects such as "this article" or "author". The abstract should objectively and truthfully reflect the original text of the article, and should not add content that is not in the original text. The Chinese abstract should not exceed 400 words, and the English abstract should correspond to the Chinese abstract.
5. Keyword treatise articles should be indexed with 3 to 5 keywords. Use the words listed in the Subject Headings (MeSH) translated by the Medical Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. If the latest version (MeSH) does not have corresponding words, you can use several directly related subject words to combine them; if necessary, you can use commonly used free words and arrange them at the end. Keywords should not be abbreviated and should be restored to their full names according to MeSH. 6. Medical terms should use scientific and technological terms approved and published by the National Natural Science Terminology Approval Committee (see "Medical Terminology" published by Science Press in 1989 and later and other volumes). Those that have not yet been published shall be edited by People's Medical Publishing House. The "English-Chinese Medical Vocabulary" shall prevail. Chinese drug names should use the names in the 1995 Pharmacopoeia (statutory drugs) or the "Drug Glossary" (non-statutory drugs) edited by the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health; English drug names should use international non-proprietary drug names instead of trade names.
7. The units of measurement are in accordance with the "Legal Units of Measurement of the People's Republic of China and the State" promulgated by the State Council in February 1984, and are expressed by unit symbols. For specific usage, please refer to the book "The Application of Legal Measurement Units in Medicine" edited by the Editorial and Publishing Department of the Chinese Medical Association in 1991. When expressing time in articles, if there is specific data in front of it, d, h, min and s should be used instead of days, hours, minutes and seconds. Note that when there is more than one slash indicating division in the combined unit symbol, it should be expressed in the form of a negative power. For example, ng/kg/min should be expressed in the form of ng.kg-1.min-1 or ng/(kg .min), it is not appropriate to use the mixed form of ng/kg.min slash and negative power number. When it comes to pressure measurement in humans and animals, millimeters of mercury (mmHg) or cmH2O are still used as the unit of measurement. Quantity symbols are always in italics.
8. Figures and tables in graphic texts should be as concise as possible. Figures are coded in the order they appear in the text. Each diagram should be titled (note), and the line drawing should be drawn on white paper with a height-to-width ratio of approximately 5:7. For computer graphics, a laser printout should be provided.
Photo graphics require good clarity and contrast. The X-ray images should be zoomed in the same proportion, do not take the left and right sides in reverse, and the image should not be smaller than 8~12cm. Symbols (including arrows) that need to be marked in the pictures should be marked on separate sheets of paper and should not be written directly on the photos. A label should be attached to the back of each picture to indicate the picture number and the up and down direction of the picture. If portraits are used, written consent from the person should be obtained, or parts of the image that can identify the person should be covered. The general specimen photos should have scale marks in the picture. Pathological photos are required to indicate the staining method and magnification. Tables are made with three horizontal lines, with openings at both ends. There is no diagonal line in the upper left corner of the table header. There is no vertical line in the table. Table annotations are marked with * and the comments are at the bottom of the table. For data in the table, the number of significant digits for the same indicator should be consistent. Only the main findings involved in the table can be summarized in the article, and the data should not be repeated too much.
9. Number representation shall comply with GB/T15835-1995 "Regulations on the Usage of Numbers in Publications". The Gregorian calendar centuries, years, years, months, days and times, counting and measurements all use Arabic numerals. If there are more than 3 digits before and after the decimal point, each group of 3 digits should be separated by 1/4 Chinese characters. However, ordinal words, year, page number, instrument model, standard number and unit number are not divided into sections. When the unit of the parameter and its tolerance are the same, the unit can be written only once, that is, add parentheses to combine the numbers, and put the same unit after all the values. For example: 80.8ng/L±20.4ng/L can be written as (80.8 ±20.4)ng/L. As for the range and deviation of percentages, the percentage symbol of the previous value cannot be omitted, such as: 10~90, 50.8±8.8, which cannot be written as 10~90 and 50.8±8.8. For units with dimensions, it cannot be written as 8×6×4cm, but should be written as 8cm×6cm×4cm.
10. Statistical symbols are written according to the relevant provisions of GB3358-82 "Statistical Terms and Symbols", such as: the sample arithmetic mean is in English lowercase, italic Z (the median is in M ??italic); standard The difference is in English lowercase italics s; the standard error is in English lowercase italics sx; the various tests are in English lowercase italics t, u, q, and the English uppercase italics F; the chi-square test is in English lowercase italics χ2; the correlation coefficient is in English lowercase italics r ; Degrees of freedom are represented by the Greek lowercase letter ν; probabilities are represented by English capital italics P.
11. Abbreviations should be used as little as possible in articles. When they must be used, the full name should be stated where it first appears, and then the Chinese abbreviation or the English full name and abbreviation should be noted in parentheses, and the latter should be used in between. Separate with ","; if the abbreviation is already well known, it is not necessary to indicate its full English name. Note that abbreviations cannot be moved.
12. The name of the quantity is written according to GB3102-93 "Quantities and Units of Physical Chemistry and Molecular Physics".
13. The references should be the main documents that the author has personally read. The number of papers should generally be less than 15, and the number of references should not exceed 20. The cited documents are the original published works and have been verified by the author to be correct with the original text. They are numbered according to the order in which they appear in the article and are marked in square brackets at the citation. References are listed at the end of the article in order of citation (marked with Arabic numerals). All 1 to 3 authors in the reference should be listed. If there are more than 3 authors, only the first 3 should be listed, followed by a comma, followed by et al (Chinese), him (Japanese), et al (Western). The names of Chinese and foreign authors are listed first and last, and the first names of foreign authors are abbreviated without abbreviations. The full name of Chinese journals should be written, and the name of foreign journals should be abbreviated in the format in "Index Medicus". The first letters of words in foreign language titles, journal titles, etc. should be capitalized. In the reference literature, the items in the next document that are the same as the previous document should be described one by one. It is not appropriate to use "same as above", "Ibid", etc. The punctuation marks in the cited literature description should strictly follow the writing format listed in this journal.
