A trademark is a distinctive symbol composed of words, graphics or their combinations, and it is a symbol used by producers or operators to distinguish the sources of goods or services when producing, manufacturing, processing, selecting or distributing goods or services. When the trademark was registered, the brand had not yet formed. When the brand disappears, the trademark can still be effective. Trademarks can be registered and protected, but brands cannot. Generally speaking, brand is actually the sum of consumers' perceptions of tangible and intangible assets of a manufacturer or product (overall brand).
