Can I apply for a patent after the technology is exposed?

According to the Patent Law, the following three types of disclosure are deemed not to destroy novelty: 1. Others disclose the technical solution without the applicant’s consent, and the applicant applies for a patent within 6 months after the disclosure; 2. The applicant discloses the technical solution at a state-recognized academic conference or technical conference and applies for a patent within 6 months after the first disclosure; 3. The applicant participates in an exhibition organized by the state or recognized by the state and discloses the technical solution at the exhibition , and apply for a patent within 6 months after first publication.

Except for the above three situations, all other disclosures will destroy the novelty of subsequent applications.
