the following terms and definitions apply to ZC 4.2.1-23.
2.1 Form
A form is a written document received and sent by China National Intellectual Property Administration, which is divided into certain formats according to items and can be filled with corresponding contents.
2.2 format
refers to the table style specified by China National Intellectual Property Administration.

refers to the table format defined by the paper type, paper quality, margins, fonts, font sizes, headers, footers, borders and lines of the table. 3 principle

3.2 The standards formulated by practical principles

The standards formulated should be open and maintainable, and easy to revise and expand.
3.4 terminology standardization principle

the paper is offset paper of more than 8g.
the paper type is A4(297mm×21mm).
4.2 margins
The left side of the table should be 25mm from the margins.
the right side of the table should be left 15mm from the margin.
the footer line of the table should be 15mm away from the bottom margin.
the header line of the receiving table should be 25mm away from the top margin.
the header line of the issuing form should be 3mm away from the top page.
4.3 fonts and specifications
the title of the table name is in bold type No.4.
the contents of the form use the No.5 or No.5 font.
the name of the item column in the table uses the No.5 font.
China National Intellectual Property Administration's name on the header line of the issuing table is in bold type No.3.
The form code, the year when the form was made and the suggestive label in the footer of the form are in small five bold type.
the names of the receiving class and internal use class tables are in bold type No.4.
4.4 Header
The distribution table is uniformly marked with the emblem of China National Intellectual Property Administration Bureau of the People's Republic of China at the header, which is 12mm away from the top page and 25mm away from the left page, with a diameter of 15 mm.
The outgoing form is uniformly marked with the words [People's Republic of China * * * and China National Intellectual Property Administration] in the upper center position at a distance of 5mm from the header line.
The forms issued by the Patent Reexamination Board are uniformly marked with the words [Patent Reexamination Board of the People's Republic of China and the State Intellectual Property Office of China] in the upper center position at a distance of 5mm from the header line.
the names of the tables of receiving class and internal use class are directly marked in the middle position above the header line at a distance of 5 mm..
4.5 Footer
The form code and the year of making the form are marked at the footer of the form. The form code is located 2mm below the footer line and 25mm from the left margin, and the year of making the form is located below the form code with an interval of 3mm.
if a form has multiple pages, the form code and the year when the form was made should be marked on the lower left foot of each page.
The words [reply should be addressed to China National Intellectual Property Administration Acceptance Office, No.6, Xitucheng Road, Jimenqiao, Haidian District, Beijing (all letters addressed to examiners have no legal effect)] should be written in the center of the form 2mm below the footer line and 5mm from the left.
The Patent Reexamination Board shall write the words [Please send the reply to the Patent Reexamination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office, No.6, Xitucheng Road, Jimenqiao, Haidian District, Beijing] 2mm below the footer line and 5mm from the left.
4.6 lines
