The Supreme People's Court (20 13) Hang He ZiNo. 1 1 "Reply on How to Deal with the Administrative Organs' Application to the Court for Execution of the Judgment of Maintaining or Rejecting the Claims" wrote: "After the people's court decides to maintain the sued administrative act or reject the plaintiff's claims, if the administrative organs apply to the people's court for compulsory execution, the people's court shall follow Article 13, paragraph 2, of the Administrative Procedure Law. 2. If the law does not give the administrative organ the power of compulsory execution, the people's court may make a ruling to approve the execution of the application that meets the statutory conditions, and specify the contents of compulsory execution.
