Patent agent application conditions:
1, a citizen of China who supports the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC).
2. 18 years old or above, with full capacity for civil conduct.
3. Bachelor degree in science and engineering.
4. Be proficient in at least one foreign language.
5, familiar with the patent law and related legal knowledge.
6, engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.
In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime.
2. Being disqualified as a patent agent.
