Identification program:
(a) the enterprise shall submit a written application to the local municipal economic and trade commission according to the principle of territoriality and submit the application materials as required. The application materials include: Application Form for Identification of Hunan Enterprise Technology Center and Enterprise Basic Information Form; A copy of the valid invention patent certificate and its photocopy, the accounting statements of the previous year audited by an accounting firm, the business license of the enterprise, the tax registration certificate, the organization code certificate and other supporting materials (stamped with the official seal of the company). The materials are bound into a book in duplicate with electronic documents attached.
(II) The Municipal Economic (Industrial) Information Commission conducts a preliminary examination of the application materials submitted by enterprises, determines the list of recommended enterprises according to the requirements of reporting the provincial-level recognized enterprise technology center in the current year, and submits the application materials and written recommendation opinions of recommended enterprises (in duplicate) to the Provincial Economic and Information Commission within the specified time.
