In the invention, alcohol extraction and water extraction are combined, and ultrasonic vibration is adopted to improve extraction efficiency. The whole process adopts low temperature below 60℃, which effectively protects the aromatic substances and various components with health care function in camellia, and the extraction rate reaches over 90%.
