Introduction of Yongchuan beautiful and elegant

Yongchuan Xiuya is a famous needle tea, which belongs to green tea. Produced in Yongchuan District, Chongqing, it mainly includes Wuyunshan, Yinshan, August Mountain, Lushan and Huanggua Mountain in Yongchuan District. Developed and produced by Tea Research Institute of Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences 1959, and officially named Yongchuan Xiuya by Professor Chen Jue, a famous domestic tea expert, on 1964. Its processing technology won the national invention patent in 2004. The processing technology mainly includes five processes: spreading, fixing, rolling, throwing water, making strips and drying. Tea is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and other minerals 15, which has the functions of promoting the elimination of blood sodium, preventing tooth decay, resisting oxidation and preventing aging. Yongchuan Xiuya has won more than 50 prizes in international and domestic famous tea competitions.
