2. Candidates with special skills
In addition to 1, those who meet one of the following conditions:

Ordinary high schools or secondary vocational schools have obtained the certificate of national third-class athletes (inclusive) or above, or the top five in collective projects or individual projects in competitions above the city (state) level, or have won the ranking above the provincial level.
(2) Literature and art
Instrumental music, vocal music, and dance: those who have obtained an amateur certificate of level 5 or above, or ranked first in county-level competitions, or won honorary awards at or above the city (state) level.
Broadcast host: Obtained a certificate of Grade II or above in Putonghua, with good facial features. The height of boys is generally not less than 170cm, and that of girls is generally not less than 160cm.
(3) High skill
At the school stage, the secondary vocational school has top-notch vocational skills and won the second prize and ranking in the vocational skills competition at the provincial (ministerial) level and above.
(4) scientific and technological innovation
Ordinary high schools or secondary vocational schools have made outstanding achievements in scientific and technological innovation, won the provincial (ministerial) level and above scientific and technological innovation invention award or national patent certificate, or provided corresponding certification materials.
(5) Writing
At the school stage of ordinary high schools or secondary vocational schools, those who won the county (district) level and above competition awards, or whose works were published in nationally numbered newspapers and books, or who signed an agreement with relevant institutions and published their works on the Internet.
3. Exempt candidates
Candidates who won the first, second and third prizes in the national vocational college skill competition or the first prize in the provincial vocational college skill competition during the secondary vocational school. Graduates of on-the-job secondary vocational schools with senior engineer or technician qualification (or equivalent professional qualification) and county-level advanced individual labor model title.
4. Veterans
Non-commissioned officers and soldiers recruited for military service according to the Military Service Law, and candidates who have been discharged with the approval of the army and have a discharge certificate.
