The first thing we arrived at was the assembly workshop.
The assembly workshop is divided into three parts: main line, sub-assembly line and testing line.
The main line is connected by 6 assembly lines including electrical assembly, interior assembly, chassis, exterior assembly, and composite lines.
The sub-assembly line also includes 7 sub-assembly lines including front suspension, rear suspension, tires, instrument panel, front-end module, door, roof, etc. These 7 sub-assembly lines cooperate front and rear.
Both the main line and the sub-assembly line adopt friction transportation, which suppresses the generation of noise. At the same time, after the assembly is completed, we also saw the vehicle inspection line.
Then we arrived at the welding workshop.
The workshop covers an area of ??48,000 square meters. The important task of electric vehicle body welding is realized here. The entire workshop is equipped with a robot hemming production line, body main welding line, body adjustment line, etc., which are precise The measurement is completed by advanced robots in a measurement and control environment, achieving a combination of intelligence and artificial intelligence.
Next, we came to the stamping workshop.
The automated stamping production line that catches the eye. The workshop covers an area of ??50,000 square meters and is mainly responsible for the stamping and forming tasks of large thin plate parts for car bodies. The highly intelligent production line ensures efficiency, output and quality.
