1. Various scholarships and bursaries selected in 2015

The Student Financial Aid Management Center allocates the quota and number of students for various scholarships and bursaries based on the quotas issued by the country, province, and school, and with reference to the number of students in each college. The college allocates the amount and number of various scholarships and bursaries according to the quota allocated by the school, the number of students in each grade and the specific situation. II. Explanation on the selection conditions for several types of scholarships
1. 2. National Inspirational Scholarship, Provincial Government Inspirational Scholarship:
It is used to reward and support students from families with financial difficulties who have both good character and academic performance. The performance requirements for the National Inspirational Scholarship and the Provincial Government Scholarship are excellent academic performance and no failing subjects during the school year. In principle, the academic performance ranking or comprehensive assessment performance ranking should be in the top 30% of the class within the selection range. For students with special difficulties, The academic performance ranking or comprehensive assessment performance ranking can be in the top 50% of the class, and the item that cannot reach the top 30% cannot be lower than the top 50%. Candidates for the National Inspirational Scholarship and the Provincial Government Inspirational Scholarship must be students from families with financial difficulties. In our school, they are required to be holders of campus green cards. If there is a sudden major change in the family, the college will review the relevant materials and allow the approval after passing the review. The student applies for the National Inspirational Scholarship. If the evaluation team passes the application, the college announces that he has no objection and becomes a candidate. 3. National scholarships and Academician Yao Fusheng’s scholarship for outstanding students with special poverty:
Both are used to provide scholarships and bursaries for students from families with financial difficulties. In principle, the recipients of the above two types of scholarships and bursaries should be students from financially disadvantaged families who hold campus green cards. Among them, the Academician Yao Scholarship for Outstanding Poverty-stricken Students requires holding a campus green card, ranking among the top ten in the class in terms of academic performance and comprehensive evaluation, or being in the top ten in a certain aspect. Those who have achieved excellent results; the national scholarship requires submission of relevant supporting materials (with official seal). Students from non-financially disadvantaged families who own high-end computers, high-end mobile phones, and have high daily expenses, or who hold campus green cards, but have significantly higher economic conditions than ordinary students from poor families, cannot be candidates for the above types of scholarships and bursaries.
4. Qingdao Degute Scholarship, Fumei Technology Scholarship, and Mobile Communication Technology Innovation Scholarship:
These three scholarships are used to reward students who have made outstanding achievements in technological innovation. The three science and technology scholarships are only available to undergraduate and junior college students. Among them, the Qingdao Degute Scholarship is only available to senior students. You can only apply for one of the three scholarships. During the selection, the three scholarships will be selected as a whole. Applicants need to attach copies of award certificates, patents, papers and publications to the back of the application form. The scientific and technological innovation achievements must be obtained between October 2014 and September 2015. Only one person can apply for the same project, and participants do not need to apply again. Scholarships will be allocated by the project team members themselves.
5. Wanzhou Scholarship:
The academic performance of Wanzhou Scholarship is required to obtain a school scholarship, that is, the comprehensive assessment ranking ranks in the top 15% of the class, and the performance is particularly outstanding (such as winning the provincial and ministerial level and above awards, publishing articles in national publications, etc.) can be relaxed to the top 30% of the class in terms of academic performance.

6. Ruihong Scholarship:

9. Individual scholarships and school scholarships:

IV. Selection Procedure and Time Arrangement

For the contents listed in the application form, relevant supporting materials are required, such as award certificates, copies of papers, etc. For example, when applying for various scholarships and bursaries for students with financial difficulties such as inspirational scholarships and national grants, you should fill in the family financial situation truthfully and provide relevant supporting materials (such as minimum guarantee, disability certificate, case certificate of major illness, brothers and sisters Proof of enrollment, loan and other supporting materials, etc.). The "National Scholarship and Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form" together with relevant supporting materials shall be submitted to the Youth League Branch of the college before October 8 on a class basis. 5. Each class will democratically recommend a class review group, with the counselor as the leader and student representatives as members. Members of the review team adopt the principle of avoidance. 5. Relevant Requirements

Each class evaluation group must attach great importance to every aspect of the scholarship selection that involves the vital interests of students, follow the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, conscientiously and meticulously implement three-level democratic evaluation of classes, grades, and colleges, and carry forward the spirit of ownership , handle matters involving students' own vital interests, and submit materials in strict accordance with the time required by the review procedures. The content of the materials must be written in a standardized, complete and accurate manner. See Appendix 3 for the form used in the three-level review process.
2. Each class must be selected strictly according to the standards and quotas of various scholarships and bursaries. Among them, the National Scholarship, National Inspirational Scholarship, and Provincial Government Scholarship in 2015 are issued on a full-year basis, and the National Bursaries are issued on a half-year budget. Scholarships and bursaries must be distributed in full and in strict accordance with the approved list. Secondary distribution or collection of scholarships and bursaries for use in class group activities is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that occurs must be dealt with seriously and relevant personnel held accountable. Award-winning students should be thrifty and use their scholarships and bursaries rationally. It is not recommended to use the scholarships and bursaries to entertain classmates or purchase high-end consumer goods.
3. Each class should establish integrity through the selection of scholarships and bursaries, establish a healthy, positive and harmonious relationship with classmates, and set a learning example. During the evaluation process, no relationships or votes are allowed. Once reports and verification of fraud, favoritism and other behaviors that affect fair selection are confirmed, the relevant personnel will be disqualified from all awards and evaluations and will be dealt with seriously.
4. The college has established a student feedback mechanism, carefully implemented and dealt with the opinions raised by students, provided answers to students, and safeguarded the rights and interests of students.
