After the work is finished, the remaining materials in the hopper should be discharged, and enough water should be injected into the hopper to clean the hopper, and then the pump should be started to clean the hose and nozzle until all the water is pumped out, so as to prevent the remaining materials from solidifying in the hose and blocking the hose and nozzle. Inspection and maintenance of cement mortar shotcrete machine before operation, check the motor equipment, including motor, power supply, transmission line and electric cabinet, and all switches should be in the specified state. Lubricating oil: hand oil pump forcibly refuels several times. Check the hopper for sundries and slag accumulation.

All bolts, nuts and screws should be checked regularly for looseness. If it is found to be loose, tighten it in time (especially the bolts in the electric cabinet). After operation, clean and check the grouting hose, air duct and nozzle, and clean and check the equipment and air compressor. Cut off the power supply and wind source, close all valves and check all components. Cut off the power supply for the electrical part and check all components.
