Why is the patent written so obscure?

Mainly to prevent latecomers from copying content, deliberately set up some obstacles, which people can't understand for a long time, and also to avoid the obvious exposure of product design defects, which people can easily bypass. If it is true that speaking like a book can help win a lawsuit, I think it is all false.
