In the patent application stage and the authorization stage, the applicant and the inventor can make amendments. After the announcement of patent authorization, the "applicant" can generally be called the "obligee" or "patentee". There is no specific time limit for the change of the two, and there is no necessary connection between them.
The change of the applicant is equivalent to the transfer of rights and the change of the patent application or patent owner.
The modifications made by inventors are usually written by mistake, less or more at the time of application, and can be modified, added or reduced later, but any modification needs to be signed by all inventors at the original application stage. If the name is wrong, you need to provide a copy of your ID card.
