Later, this technology quickly became popular in Europe and America and became an epoch-making new product of greenhouse culture.
Since the late 1980s, Fuji Special Boiler Co., Ltd. has officially produced large-scale vacuum hot water boilers, which are not only popular in Korea,
It has also been exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including Russia, China, Southeast Asia, America and Europe.
Advantages of vacuum boiler:
(1) Vacuum negative pressure operation, a boiler that really won't explode, has excellent safety.
(2) The successful separation of the high-temperature zone and the high-pressure zone of the stressed steel plate of the boiler prolongs the service life of the boiler by 2-3 times, and the design life reaches 30 years.
(3) The overall design is scientific, reasonable and compact, saving 50-70% of the floor space.
(4) Heat exchange is carried out in the boiler body, so that the efficiency of the whole machine is as high as 9 1%, and 70-80℃ hot water can be provided within 2-3 minutes after startup, which greatly shortens the preheating period and reduces energy waste.
