Article 3: Political and professional ethics requirements.
Abide by national laws and regulations, have good professional ethics and professionalism, conscientiously fulfill the employment contract during the current position, and be competent for the job. Personnel who are normally promoted to professional and technical qualifications shall be qualified or above in the annual assessment. Personnel who have been promoted to professional and technical qualifications under exceptional circumstances must have been rated as "excellent" in at least one annual assessment since taking up their current position (employment). Since taking up the current position (employment), if one of the following circumstances occurs, the application will be delayed within the prescribed period:
(1) Those who have "basically passed" the annual assessment or received warning sanctions shall not be allowed to file in the current year and the next year. declare.

Article 5: Professional computer qualifications require one of the following conditions:
