1. Major introduction: The applied physics major of Xi'an Polytechnic University was established in 2001. In 2008, it became a school-level specialty major. In 2012, it was approved as a "Professional Comprehensive Reform Pilot" for provincial-level ordinary undergraduate universities. In 2013, the applied physics teaching team became a provincial-level "teaching team". In 2015, it became a provincial-level "Talent Training Model Innovation" Experimental Area". In 2018, Applied Physics closely follows the direction of the talent market demand, and takes "thick foundation, wide caliber, strong professionalism, and skills" as the professional construction idea, and newly establishes the direction of optoelectronic information and recruits students, broadens the path of integrating science and engineering, and adopts characteristics The road to professional reform.
