Tomato clear juice is a natural vegetable juice, which is a natural health-care beverage that is increasingly emerging in the current beverage market. Shengshenghong Company is currently negotiating with a well-known Chinese beverage company to integrate its advantages in the production and sales of tomato clear juice drinks. According to the current development of the beverage market It is predicted that the production scale of tomato clear juice will be expanded to 95,000 tons within two to three years. At the same time, Shengshenghong Company has the first self-designed tomato powder production line in China. It has patented technical equipment and adopts spray and freeze-drying processes. It has an annual output of 1,500 tons of tomato powder. Compared with foreign tomato powder, the product has a brighter red color and better taste. Development goals: According to the autonomous region’s “Tenth Five-Year Plan” and 2010 plan, the output of processed tomato products in Xinjiang will reach 580,000 tons in 2009 and 600,000 tons in 2010.
