In June 2003, he graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a PhD in Testing Technology and Automation Devices. From August 2003 to August 2005, he engaged in postdoctoral research at the Institute of Applied Physics, Department of Physics, Nanjing University. From September 2005 to September 2008, he engaged in second-station postdoctoral research in the Department of Electronics, Nanjing University. He is one of the six high-level talent cultivation targets in Jiangsu Province, a director of the Jiangsu Instrument Society, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of Xuzhou Gulou District, the subject leader of the school’s doctoral program in mechanical and electronic engineering, and the subject leader of the school’s master’s program in testing, measurement technology and instrumentation.
