In order to regulate Taiwan Province residents to take the 20 1/national patent agent qualification examination, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:1.
(1) Registration conditions
Residents of Taiwan Province Province who are residents of Taiwan Province Province and meet the following conditions may sign up for the national patent agent qualification examination:
1. 1.8 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. University degree in science and engineering or equivalent;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.
"University graduates majoring in science and engineering or equivalent" refers to foreign universities that provide science and engineering education in universities in Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and Macao or mainland universities or are certified by the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education.
(two) the time, method and inspection center for registration and inspection.
1. Registration time: 2011July1August 5.
2. Registration and inspection methods: applicants can bring relevant materials or entrust others to Fuzhou test center for on-site registration and inspection during the registration period.
3. Test center: Fuzhou Test Center, Fujian Province.
(3) Registration and inspection materials
The applicant shall submit the following materials to Fuzhou test center:
1. Taiwan Province residents to participate in 20 1 1 national patent agent qualification examination registration form in duplicate;
2 "mainland travel permit for taiwan residents" and "Taiwan Province Resident Identity Card" and their photocopies in duplicate;
If the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents cannot be submitted, submit the Taiwan Province resident ID card and household registration transcript or household registration book; Where a transcript of household registration or a copy of household registration book is submitted, a notarized certificate and a copy thereof notarized by a notary office in Taiwan Province Province shall be submitted at the same time;
3. The original and photocopy of the science and engineering diploma;
Holders of academic certificates from institutions of higher learning in Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and Macao or foreign institutions of higher learning shall also submit the certificate of academic qualifications in science and engineering issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and its copy;
4. Original work certificate 1 copy;
5. Three recent one-inch color bareheaded photos.
Where a resident of Taiwan Province Province entrusts others to apply for registration, in addition to the above materials, the original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the trustee and the power of attorney notarized by the notary office of Taiwan Province Province shall also be submitted.
When necessary, the applicant shall submit other supporting materials.
(4) Registration fee
Applicants should pay the examination registration fee according to the requirements of Fuzhou test center.
Second, testing.
(1) inspection date
20 1 1 the national patent agent qualification examination is scheduled to be held on October 5-6.
(2) Examination place
Applicants who meet the registration requirements and pass the examination are allowed to take the exam. They will report to the Fuzhou test center on 2011.4 with the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, get the admission ticket (main certificate and supplementary certificate) and take the exam. Overdue is invalid.
(3) Examination subjects, time and methods
The national patent agent qualification examination implements a national unified proposition, and the scope of the proposition is subject to the 20 1 1 national patent agent qualification examination outline.
The exam is divided into three subjects. The subject name and examination schedule are as follows:
Patent legal knowledge:165438+19: 00 am on October 5th-11point;
Relevant legal knowledge:1on the afternoon of October 5th114: 00—16: 00;
Patent agency practice:165438+19: 00 am on October 6th-13: 00 am.
The examination is conducted in a closed-book manner. Patent legal knowledge and related legal knowledge use the way of filling machine to read the answer sheet, and patent agency practice subjects use the way of discussing and answering questions and actually writing.
The examination questions are in simplified Chinese characters, and candidates can answer them in traditional Chinese characters. When answering questions, you should use the technical terms used in national laws, regulations and rules.
(4) exam preparation
Candidates can review and prepare for the exam according to "201KLOC-0/National Patent Agent Qualification Examination Guide" compiled by the Office of the Patent Agent Examination Committee.
Relevant regulations and information of the national patent agent qualification examination can be found on the website of China National Intellectual Property Administration Municipal Government.
Three. Admission and certificate issuance
After marking, China National Intellectual Property Administration publishes the test results on its government website. Candidates can check their test results by entering the number of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and the number of the admission ticket.
After the score line of passing the exam is determined, the candidates who pass the exam will go to Fuzhou test center to receive the patent agent qualification certificate with valid identity documents submitted at the time of registration according to the time announced by China National Intellectual Property Administration.
Four, obtain the "patent agent qualification certificate" after practicing.
(1) A resident of Taiwan Province Province who has obtained a patent agent qualification certificate and has been practicing in a patent agency recognized by the mainland for one year and meets other conditions for practice may apply for a patent agent practice certificate to practice in a patent agency recognized by the mainland;
(2) Residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the patent agent qualification certificate are allowed to practice in patent agencies approved to be established in the mainland, and if they meet the prescribed conditions, they can join as partners or shareholders of patent agencies approved to be established in the mainland;
(3) The specific measures for Taiwan Province residents who have obtained the patent agent qualification certificate to practice in patent agencies recognized in the mainland shall be formulated separately.
