1. Request for filing a patent application:
(1) Within two months from the date of filing the patent application documents or within one month after the applicant receives the notification of acceptance.
(2) a valid certificate issued by the post office with the mailing date of the patent application documents, and the mailing registration number indicated in the certificate is consistent with the registration number recorded in the request.
In accordance with the above provisions, the date of application shall be corrected; Otherwise, the application date will not be corrected.
2. Correct permissions:
Where the correction of the application date is granted, a notice of re-determination of the application date shall be made in duplicate, and the copy shall be sent to the applicant, and the original shall be filed, and the relevant materials shall be revised; If the date of application is not corrected, the request for correction of the date of application shall be regarded as no notice, and the reasons shall be explained.
