Are the communication satellites used by China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom satellites with independent intellectual property rights?

I don't know much about satellites, but the mobile communication system patents of China Telecom and China Unicom are foreign countries, and they have to pay tens of billions of patent fees every year, especially 3G. China Unicom uses WCDMA in Europe and China Telecom uses CDMA2000 in the United States. Only mobile TD-SCDMA is the independent property right of China, and there is no need to pay patent fees. I love my country, so I always trust China Mobile, haha.
