No more than 2 special awards, no more than 20 first prizes, no more than 30 second prizes, and no more than 60 third prizes will be awarded in each session, of which the number of invention patent awards shall not be less than 70% of the total number of awards; The Shandong Outstanding Inventor Award will be selected based on the number of central government approvals.
