Changsha Intellectual Property Court is a specialized judicial institution of Changsha Intermediate People's Court, which has jurisdiction over civil and administrative cases of intellectual property rights in Hunan Province related to patents, new plant varieties, layout design of integrated circuits, technical secrets, computer software, identification of well-known trademarks and monopoly disputes.
