Main changes of GB 7258-20 12:

1. Lateral dynamic stability

The "Draft for Review" revised the requirements for the roll stability angle of passenger cars, tank cars and tank trailers: the maximum roll stability angle of passenger cars tilting to the left and right should be greater than or equal to 28, and the test method should comply with the provisions of GB 13094, GB/T 16887 and other relevant standards.

The draft for comment stipulates that the maximum roll stability angle to the left and right should not be less than 28 when the bus is loaded to the most unfavorable load state according to the relevant regulations under the quality of the kerb running state.

2. school bus

The definition of school bus in "Draft for Review" is: school bus refers to a passenger car used to transport no less than 5 students from kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools and other educational institutions to and from school in an organized way; Children's school bus is a school bus that transports preschool children over 3 years old to and from school; The primary school bus is the school bus that transports primary school students to and from school; The special school bus is designed and manufactured for transporting students. 3. Rules for the use of retreaded tires

According to GB 7258-20 12, road buses, tourist buses, school buses, etc. Do not use retreaded tires.

According to the "Draft for Review", the steering wheel of motor vehicles shall not be equipped with refurbished tires; Other wheels, such as retreaded tires, should meet relevant standards.

According to the "Draft for Comment", the steering wheel of motor vehicles is not allowed to install retreaded tires; Other wheels, such as retreaded tires, should meet the relevant standards, and the tires of passenger cars and dangerous goods transport vehicles should not use retreaded tires at the same time.

4. Full load

The provisions of GB 7258-20 12 are consistent with the provisions of the Notice, that is, the bus bodies of road buses and tourist buses with a length exceeding 1 1 m should be full-load integral frame structures. The above-mentioned buses newly finalized from March 20 12 and 1 year shall meet the above requirements; The above buses produced since September 20 12 1 year shall meet the above requirements.

According to the draft for approval, the superstructure of buses should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the superstructure strength of special school buses, road buses, tourist buses and buses without passengers standing areas should comply with GB/T 17578. The sleeper bus body should be a full-load integral frame structure.

5. Disc brake
