There are two main aspects of the lack of intellectual property awareness.
First, there is a lack of awareness of the creation, application and protection of independent intellectual property rights; Secondly, enterprises have insufficient awareness of infringing other people's intellectual property rights in their production and business activities. Traditional enterprises concentrate on the pursuit of market, channels, prices and other factors, but pay insufficient attention to new product patents and new technology research and development achievements, and can't apply for patent or technical secret protection in time, which leads to the rapid disclosure and replication of new research and development achievements, which greatly damages the interests of enterprises and is at a disadvantage in the same period of competition.
2. The intellectual property management system is not perfect.
At present, it seems that most enterprises in China have not set up independent institutions and systems for intellectual property management, and the relevant regulations only rely on the company's technical standards or production systems. Moreover, the imperfect property management system leads to the lack of effective intellectual property incentive mechanism or the inability to strictly implement the incentive mechanism, and the lack of corresponding institutionalized protection mechanism.
3. Intellectual property management lacks strategic co-ordination.
Lack of overall understanding and management of intellectual property rights, that is, strategic management of intellectual property rights. Only by formulating our own intellectual property strategy in time can we have a global grasp of the intellectual property rights of ourselves and our opponents, and then maintain our leading edge in the competition.
