The municipal dust control team takes the lead in implementing dust source emission reduction measures. The city's mines, sand and gravel factories, stone factories, and slate factories have stopped open-air operations; earthwork operations at construction sites have been stopped; outdoor welding, cutting, spraying, painting, road line drawing and other operations have been stopped; key construction projects, livelihood projects, and other projects determined by the municipal government have been stopped. Construction garbage trucks, muck trucks, cement tank trucks, and sand and gravel transport vehicles are prohibited from driving on the city's roads. The use of non-road mobile machinery is prohibited at all types of construction sites, mines, industrial enterprises, and industrial parks; bulk material transportation companies and urban logistics and distribution companies are prohibited from using National IV and below heavy-duty trucks for transportation; except for urban operation support vehicles and tasks Except for special vehicles, heavy and medium-sized diesel trucks, low-speed trucks and tractors are prohibited from traveling in built-up areas of cities and counties. The public security department punishes traffic violations such as heavy and medium-sized trucks and engineering vehicles that violate prohibited roads, and guides transit vehicles to avoid driving in built-up areas in cities and counties. At the same time, the agricultural and rural, urban management, and public security departments are responsible for strengthening law enforcement inspections and prohibiting open burning of crop straw; prohibiting open-air barbecues and garbage burning; catering establishments that fail to install oil fume purification facilities as required shall cease operations; and it is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers.
