How to connect a dual-drive tractor with a non-multipath hydraulic tilting plow

If your two-wheel drive tractor does not have a multi-channel hydraulic system, you can consider using a one-way hydraulic control valve to control the lifting and tilting of the hydraulic tilting plow. The specific operation is as follows:

1. In the hydraulic system of tractor, a one-way hydraulic control valve is installed to control the lifting of hydraulic tilting plow.

2. Connect the oil inlet of the hydraulic plow lifting cylinder to the oil outlet of the one-way hydraulic control valve, and connect the oil outlet of the lifting cylinder to the oil return port of the one-way hydraulic control valve.

3. In the hydraulic system, another one-way hydraulic control valve is installed to control the inclination of the hydraulic tilting plow.

4. Connect the oil inlet of the dump cylinder of the hydraulic dump plow to the oil outlet of another one-way hydraulic control valve, and connect the oil outlet of the dump cylinder to the oil return port of another one-way hydraulic control valve.

5. It should be noted that since there is no multi-channel hydraulic system, when using the one-way hydraulic control valve to control the lifting and tilting of the hydraulic dump truck, it is necessary to manually switch the control, which may be a bit troublesome to operate.
