In order to further clarify the orientation of graduate student training in our school and give full play to the incentive role of the national scholarship for graduate students, the comprehensive performance assessment and evaluation method for graduate students is formulated in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Evaluation of the National Scholarship for Graduate Students of Northeast Normal University" and combined with the actual practice of graduate student training in our school.

1. Basic requirements

Full-time postgraduate students within the basic academic system can apply after one year of enrollment (including first-year PhD students who are studying together with a master's and doctoral degree).

1. Love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China;

2. Comply with disciplines and laws, and have no record of violations of laws and disciplines;

3. Be honest and trustworthy, have good moral character, unite classmates, and actively participate in group activities;

4. Physical and mental health, no bad records;

5. No record of failing exams;

6. Did not receive a postgraduate national scholarship during master’s or doctoral studies;

7. Excellent academic performance, significant scientific research ability, and outstanding development potential. Among them, doctoral students should publish at least one SCI (or CSSCI) article as the first author, or have equivalent contributions in the field of professional research; master's students should have certain scientific research achievements and be active in social practice, scientific and technological innovation, and academic activities. Excellent performance in other aspects.

IV. Evaluation Organization

Establish a National Scholarship Evaluation Committee for College Graduate Students, with the principal person in charge of the college as the chairman and relevant administrative staff, graduate tutors and graduate student representatives as members. According to the " The "Measures for the Implementation of National Scholarship Evaluation for Postgraduate Students of Northeast Normal University" will be carefully reviewed. Formulate a quota allocation plan; coordinate, coordinate, and supervise the review work; adjudicate students' appeals against review results.

5. Evaluation procedures

1. The evaluation committee convenes a meeting to make a collective resolution on the school’s evaluation methods according to the school’s graduate national scholarship selection requirements, and formulate or revise the selection plan and work schedule. ;

2. Publish the college selection method for postgraduate students;

3. Conduct a qualification review on application materials submitted within the specified time. Overdue applications will not be accepted;

4. Conduct a comprehensive performance assessment based on the application materials and daily management records of graduate students;

5. Publicize the selection results;

6. Appeal handling: If there is any objection to the national scholarship evaluation results, Appeals can be made to the college review committee during the publicity stage;

7. The college will file the complaint and report it to the graduate school.

6. Selection method

1. The selection will be divided into 75% and 25% according to their learning and scientific research status and overall performance. Students will be evaluated with a percentage and ranked according to their overall score.

2. Study and scientific research status will be evaluated by the professor committee in interviews based on test scores, published articles, patent applications, awards and other achievements. The quota for full-time Master of Education is divided according to proportion, and learning and scientific research achievements are ranked separately.

3. Comprehensive performance will be reviewed by the party committee and student working group based on daily performance.

4. If the master's student evaluation results are announced for no less than 5 working days, relevant materials and summary tables as well as the preliminary recommendation list of doctoral students will be reported to the school's evaluation leadership group if there are no objections.

7. Others

1. Situations not covered by these regulations will be evaluated and determined by the evaluation committee.

2. The review committee has the final right to interpret these measures.
