For China Offshore Oil Corporation, the past five years have been arduous, and the low international oil price has made the high-cost offshore oil development face a severe test. However, under such unfavorable conditions, CNOOC China played a cadenza on the blue land of 3 million square kilometers in China.
Over the past five years, CNOOC's annual oil and gas output at home and abroad has exceeded 654.38+billion tons, and its domestic cumulative crude oil output has reached 265.438+billion tons, making it the third largest LNG (liquefied natural gas) trader in the world and China. Thanks to the efforts of CNOOC, China has become one of the largest offshore oil producers in the world, built a complete offshore oil industry system, and entered the world advanced ranks in the fields of offshore oil exploration and development, offshore oil engineering technology and large-scale equipment construction.
Accelerate deep-water oil and gas exploration
Recently, the deepwater drilling platform of China Offshore Oil Corporation has carried out drilling operations in Well Lingshui 25-4- 1 in Lingshui sea area. This is by far the most difficult high-temperature and high-pressure well in deepwater drilling in China. Once the well is successfully drilled, it can revitalize the natural gas reserves of 1000 billion cubic meters, which is of great significance for accelerating the construction of the South China Sea atmospheric area and ensuring the energy security of China.

Deepwater oil and gas exploration represents the development trend of global oil industry. Generally speaking, the water depth is more than 500 meters, and the water depth is 1500 meters. In recent years, nearly 50% of the major exploration discoveries in the world come from deep water.
The South China Sea is one of the four offshore oil and gas gathering and transportation centers in the world, with extremely rich oil and gas resources, 70% of which are in deep water. Experts told reporters that due to the complex geological conditions in the deep sea, the technical difficulty and investment in oil and gas exploration and development increased geometrically with the increase of depth. At present, China's shallow water oil exploitation technology has reached the world advanced level, but there is still a certain gap between deep water area and foreign advanced technology.

In the past five years, CNOOC China has vigorously promoted the development strategy of deepwater oil and gas, and independently designed and built a series of large-scale deepwater oil and gas equipment.
With the support of a series of deepwater equipment and theoretical innovations, China deepwater oil and gas drilling has achieved many successes: in August 20 14, CNOOC China laid out deepwater for the first time, and drilled Lingshui, the first self-operated deepwater high-yield gas field in China, with proven geological reserves exceeding 100 billion cubic meters; 2065438+August 2005, the first deepwater HTHP exploration well Lingshui 25- 1s- 1 in China was successfully drilled, which proved the exploration ability of CNOOC China in the special field of HTHP deepwater. 20 15,18-1-February, the first ultra-deep water gas field in China, Lingshui18-1,was successfully drilled and produced.
Huayang, chairman of China Offshore Oil Corporation, said that at present, CNOOC China has basically mastered a full set of deepwater drilling technology, testing technology and operation management elements. Deep water oil and gas exploration technology has completed the leap from conventional deep water oil and gas exploration to ultra-deep water exploration, and then to high temperature and high pressure deep water exploration.
Vigorously develop clean energy.
Recently, CNOOC China announced that the first large-scale LNG full-capacity storage tank with the largest diameter of 6,543.8+0.6 million cubic meters independently designed, built and managed in China was successfully hoisted to the roof at CNOOC Tianjin LNG receiving station. This time, five patented technologies were adopted, which filled the technical gap in this field in China, and marked that China Offshore Oil became the first company in China with the general contracting capacity for the design, construction and management of LNG large storage tanks.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's LNG industry has made a breakthrough. As the third largest LNG trader in the world and China, CNOOC China has formed a complete industrial chain in the fields of upstream overseas LNG resource base construction, natural gas exploration and development, midstream LNG ship transoceanic transportation, receiving station, pipe network construction, downstream natural gas power generation and so on.
As for the import of liquefied natural gas, by the end of 20 16, the cumulative import volume of CNOOC in China has exceeded100000 tons, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 380 million tons, equivalent to planting 800 million trees.
In the field of LNG technology research and development, in the past five years, China CNOOC has taken the lead in mastering the technology of large-scale LNG full-capacity storage tanks independently, including 3 international firsts, 6 international leading technologies and 9 innovative technologies, which are at the leading level in the industry.
In the field of lng terminal's construction and operation, China Offshore Oil has successively built and put into operation five lng terminal, namely Zhejiang LNG, Zhuhai LNG, Tianjin LNG, Hainan LNG and Yuedong LNG. China Offshore Oil has also increased the number of lng terminal operated from three five years ago to eight, and its handling capacity has jumped to 30 million tons per year. The number and handling capacity of lng terminal ranks first in the country.
In order to ensure the stable supply of natural gas, CNOOC China also actively builds the natural gas artery along the southeast coast, and operates and participates in the provincial natural gas pipeline network construction in Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Hainan provinces. At present, it has been put into operation for 3,556 kilometers, with 1.386 kilometers under construction, accounting for 4,942 kilometers. A natural gas artery running through the southeast coast of China was basically completed.
In the field of natural gas clean power generation, China CNOOC holds and shares in six natural gas power plants, with the total installed capacity ranking third in China, reaching 8.34 million kilowatts.
The vanguard of "going out"
Recently, the last module of Yamal LNG project was shipped. At this point, the LNG core process module construction project contracted by China for the first time came to a successful conclusion. The project includes 36 core process modules, with a total weight of about 65.438+0.8 million tons and a contract amount of about 65.438+0 billion yuan. It is the overseas order with the largest bid amount and the highest technical level of CNOOC China in the engineering field, and it is also the first time that China contractors have entered the first echelon of international LNG construction.
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China CNOOC's overseas business has maintained a good momentum of leap-forward development. In 20 13, CNOOC China acquired Canada's Nexen Oil Company, which increased its proven reserves by about 30% and its output by 20%, and strategically entered the offshore oil and gas-rich areas such as western Canada, the British North Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and Nigeria, and for the first time had the "China element" in the price of Brent crude oil, the vane of the international crude oil market.
As the vanguard of central enterprises' "going global", China CNOOC has accelerated its energy cooperation with countries in the Belt and Road region. In 20 13, CNOOC of China formed a joint bidding body with domestic and foreign oil and gas giants, successfully bidding for Libra oilfield in Brazil, and strategically entered the ultra-deep water field; In 20 14, the company cooperated with Shell Company to find a super-large gas field listed as "Top Ten Exploration Achievements of the Year" in Gabon, West Africa. 20 15, the company built the first world-class LNG production base overseas in China in Queensland, Australia; In 20 16, the total overseas crude oil output of China Offshore Oil Company reached 314.2 million tons, the total natural gas output10/600,000 cubic meters, and the imported LNG16.52 million tons, accounting for 39% of the overseas assets at the end of the year. In addition, the company's 34 large-scale offshore engineering equipment has gone abroad, providing oil and gas exploration, drilling, installation and production services for more than 30 countries and regions, covering six regions of Northern Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Far East, Africa and America.
China will become stronger and stronger, and it will be at the forefront of the world.
