These detailed rules focus on the combination of result evaluation and process evaluation, strictly follow procedures, and ensure fairness, impartiality, and openness.

3. Number of awards, amount and class limit

Each grade will award 60 students, divided into first, second and third prizes.

First prize: 10 people, rewarded 10,000 yuan each;

Second prize: 20 people, rewarded 5,000 yuan each;

The first and second prizes are limited to one person per class, and there is no limit for the third prize.

5. Reward basis and process

1. Evaluate students’ comprehensive quality and academic performance. The comprehensive quality evaluation content includes five aspects: ideology and morality, cooperation and communication, sports and health, aesthetics and performance, and personality development, and is quantitatively scored as the basis for awarding awards.

2. The total score is calculated as 100 points, of which 50 points are for academic performance and 50 points for overall quality.

Comprehensive quality score: Comprehensive quality content includes five aspects: ideology and ethics, cooperation and communication, sports and health, aesthetics and performance, and personality development, each with 10 points; if one aspect is particularly outstanding, extra points can be added , the maximum bonus points shall not exceed 5 points.

Academic performance scoring: During the midterm, final of the first semester, and midterm of the second semester, each student’s exams in the three subjects of Chinese, mathematics, and English (the second year of junior high school plus physics) will be assessed. Ranking will be based on points, with 50 points for 1st-10th place, 40 points for 11th-30th place, 30 points for 31st-60th place, 10 points for 61st-100th place, and no points from 100th place onwards.

Every year from May to June, the school calculates the three scores of each student's midterm, final, and midterm of the second semester according to the weight of 2:4:4 to obtain academic performance points.

3. Based on the sum of students’ comprehensive quality points and academic performance points, the school will select the top 60 students in the grade. After review and approval at the principal’s office meeting, the school will make a public announcement and finally determine the list of award-winning students.

4. All participating students must pass the exams in the subjects of ideological education, history, geography, biology, and information technology, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the awards.

6. Special instructions:
