HGP elevator adopts 40-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor, so when the elevator is electrified, it can determine the magnetic pole position more accurately than other elevators adopting 20-pole or 24-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor, thus greatly improving the control accuracy of the elevator.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor of HGP elevator adopts IPM structure, which has high reliability, good protection for magnetic steel and durability. At the same time, an effective temperature control design is adopted, so that the temperature rise of the motor is much lower than that of other permanent magnet synchronous motors, and the service life of the motor is greatly prolonged. At the same time, it avoids the failure of the elevator due to overheating of the motor, and improves the safety of the elevator.

The gearless traction machine of HGP elevator does not need mechanical deceleration mechanism, and the elevator is directly driven by motor, which makes the mechanical structure of gearless traction machine very simple. Therefore, a complicated lubrication system is no longer needed, and the trouble of oil leakage is completely solved; In addition, HGP elevator has long service life and long-term maintenance-free, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
