If the patent right belongs to your company, then the company may issue it to you. If it is a patent in your own name, it is estimated that no one will issue it to you. Unless it is a major invention that benefits society, the government may issue it to you.
If it is a general invention, not only does no one publish it, but you also have to pay an annual fee, and if no one has ever bought your patent, or it is even a loss-making business, hurry up and find an owner to sell the patent.
