2. Licensing basis:

3. Application conditions:

(1) Scope of review:

1. Health care products produced by enterprises in the province;

2. General agencies of imported health care products in the province Agency for health care products.

(2) Applicants:

1. Health product manufacturers and imported drug agencies;

2. Entrusted by health product manufacturers to handle advertising on their behalf business enterprise or advertising business unit.

IV. Application materials:

(1) "Health Product Advertising Review Form" in five copies;

(2) Sample manuscript consistent with the published content ( Samples, sample tapes) and electronic documents; the applicant downloads the "Health Food Advertising Application System" from the State Food and Drug Administration website and fills in the form as required. To avoid confusion, when submitting an advertising application, one advertising application should correspond to one electronic file, and the name of the electronic file should reflect the corresponding advertising application.

(3) Copy of the health food approval document;

(4) Copy of the "Health License" of the health food production enterprise;

(5 ) "Business License" or copies of subject qualification documents and identity documents of the applicant and the advertising agent; if there is an entrustment relationship, the relevant original power of attorney should be submitted;

5. Approval procedures:

1. Application. The applicant shall submit an application for a drug advertising approval number and application materials to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration.

2. Acceptance. If the application and declaration materials meet the requirements after review, they will be accepted; if they do not meet the requirements, they will not be accepted, and the applicant will be notified and the reasons will be explained.

3. Review. In accordance with the "Advertising Law", "Interim Provisions on the Review of Health Food Advertisements" and other relevant regulations, the authenticity, validity and legality of the application materials will be reviewed.

4. Decision. If the regulations are met after review, a health product advertising approval number will be issued; if the regulations are not met, a decision will be made not to approve the issuance of a health product advertising approval number.

5. Delivery. Serve the health product advertising approval document to the applicant or decide not to issue the health product advertising approval number.

6. Approval time limit:
