Applied for 11 invention patents; published 8 books and more than 100 papers. Some of its research results have reached the international advanced level. For the first time at home and abroad, it produced asymmetric disulfide such as methyl 2-methyl-3-yl furyl disulfide, an important spice for Bunte salt, and obtained a Chinese invention patent; For the first time at home and abroad, DMSO was used to oxidize 2-methyl-3-furan thiol and other thioethers, and important spices such as bis(2-methyl-3-furanyl) disulfide were synthesized. Two Chinese invention patents were obtained; For the first time in China, bone fiber, meat, yeast, etc. are used as raw materials to prepare flavor and essence through enzymatic hydrolysis and thermal reaction. The above research results have filled more than 20 domestic gaps. "Fragrance Chemistry and Technology" co-authored by Sun Baoguo and He Jian was printed four times in the five years after its publication, promoting the technological progress of my country's spice industry.
