If it happens often, choose RAD+JPEG, otherwise just choose JPEG (that is, "none" in your options).

RAW format is convenient for post-adjustment, but it takes up a lot of storage space. A photo may only be more than ten MB in JPEG format, but it may be more than 20 or 30 MB in RAW format because it is recorded A lot of data.
