The specific scope of taxation continues to be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Finance of People's Republic of China (PRC), State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, on Printing and Distributing the Notes on the Scope of Taxation of Agricultural Products (Caishuizi [1995] No.52) (see the annex at the end of the article, the same below) and the existing relevant regulations. It also includes dried noodles, dried ginger, turmeric, corn germ, animal bone particles, pasteurized milk produced according to the national food safety standard Pasteurized Milk (GB 19645-20 10), and sterilized milk produced according to the national food safety standard (GB 25190-2000)
As can be seen from this description, dried noodles belong to primary agricultural products.
