The concrete curing room temperature and humidity intelligent controller is a curing equipment specially used in concrete laboratories. It complies with the national GB/T50081-2002 "Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete": ensuring that the temperature of the concrete standard curing room is 20°C. ±2℃, relative humidity above 95RH.
(1) The most prominent advantage of this equipment is the use of the company's patented technology: circular pipe micro-hole air supply and "F" type pipe mist supply, which is different from other concrete standards currently on the market. The difference between chamber equipment is that it has the advantages of higher atomization density and more uniform mist point distribution, which can ensure better maintenance effects and ideal detection data for the test piece.
(2) Refrigeration and heating equipment are placed outside the curing room to avoid corrosion of the equipment by humid air, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce the failure rate, and improve the reliability of the equipment. Heating adopts a combination of electric heating and heat pump to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The refrigeration system uses variable frequency technology.
(3) The ultrasonic atomizing humidifier uses ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to atomize water into ultrafine particles of 1-5 microns, and diffuse the water mist into the air through a pneumatic device. In order to better improve product quality, our company specially uses a high-cost single-head ultrasonic atomizing humidifier, which has uniform and fine spray, no noise, reliable and stable operation, energy saving, and power saving, thus solving the humidification problems of similar products in the past. In order to solve the problem of frequent damage to the equipment and high replacement cost, the normal operation of the equipment can be ensured with only 1/10 of the previous cost, which greatly reduces the user's usage and maintenance costs.
(4) More accurate and easier to operate temperature and humidity controller. The equipment control system uses the more advanced NUC-200 temperature and humidity controller. Its main features are large-screen LCD display and simple "menu-style" operation, which can provide more accurate temperature and humidity data. At the same time, according to customer needs, the operating software can be upgraded and connected to the 3VACS monitoring system developed by our company to realize remote/on-site two-way operation options.
(5) The degree of automation is high. At different temperatures in different seasons, there is no need for manual adjustment. The instrument automatically switches to cooling and heating to ensure that the temperature is constant at 20±1℃ and the humidity RH is above 95.
