As the case may be, it depends on whether the content of this patent is a task entrusted by the school or is completed by using the resources of the school (such as equipment used, funds spent, materials, etc.). In addition, Article 13 of the Regulations on the Protection and Management of Intellectual Property Rights in Institutions of Higher Learning issued by the Ministry of Education stipulates that inventions and other technological achievements made by students and researchers during their study, further study or cooperative project research in institutions of higher learning shall be owned or held by institutions of higher learning, unless otherwise agreed. If you have participated in this research and development work or made some contributions to this patent, or are the results of your own labor, you can also be an inventor yourself. Inventors mainly enjoy the right of signature, but do not enjoy the ownership of patent rights.
