3. Characterization. The product or service is characterized by uniqueness, exclusivity, and exclusive production. In the past two years, the company has presided over or participated in the formulation (revision) of national standards or industry standards. The company has Chinese Well-known Trademarks, Shanghai Famous Trademarks, Shanghai Famous Brand Products, Shanghai Famous Brand Rising Stars and other brands, and Shanghai Brand Cultivation Pilot Demonstration Enterprises, etc. The title may be selected into the catalog of key protected trademarks in Shanghai.
4. Novelty. It has strong originality, innovation vitality and value potential, has a certain scale of valuation and financing attractiveness, adapts to changes in consumer behavior (including productive consumption and daily consumption), and is in line with "new technologies, new industries, new business formats, "New model" and other four new economic development characteristics.
(3) Restrictions
Enterprises with any of the following conditions shall not be determined as "specialized, special and new" small and medium-sized enterprises in this city, and have been determined as "specialized, special and new" Small and medium-sized enterprises will be disqualified:
1. Provide false information during the application or re-evaluation process;
2. Have major safety or quality accidents in the past three years;< /p>
3. Those who fail to meet environmental protection standards or have experienced environmental pollution accidents;
4. Those who engage in tax evasion or tax evasion;
5. Those who engage in other violations of laws and regulations .
