Baffle failure, correct the abnormal state of baffle according to the installation position!

4. After the power-on indicator lamp is fully lit, the print head moves normally and the indicator lamp displays normally:

(a) After the cots rotate (idle paper feeding) for 3 seconds, stop rotating;

(b) When a single sheet of paper is loaded, the cots stop as soon as they rotate slightly, and no paper is fed;

(c) The print head moves slightly to the left, then stops, and then gives three beeps. ....

Exclusion method:

"Paper width detector" on the left side of the plastic paper guide in front of the print head: paper is found when it is turned on, and it is still there after 3 seconds of paper discharge, and it enters a fault state, or although it is not found when it is turned on, paper is found when the rubber roller rotates-there is no temptation to clean the plastic paper guide (both sides should be cleaned) before the print head!

5. The machine is turned on normally. When loading a single sheet of paper, after the cots rotate and feed about 12 rows, the light stops, the paper shortage light turns on, and three whistles are given. Repeat the above process after a while (when there is still paper under the cots):

Exclusion method:

The Paper Width Detector on the left side of the leading paper rack of the print head did not detect a paper failure-it is not necessary to clean the plastic paper guide before the print head (both sides should be cleaned)!

6. When a single sheet of paper is loaded, the cots will rotate, but the paper will not pass under the cots. Failure:

Exclusion method:

Remove the rubber roller, wipe the smooth part with alcohol and cotton gloves, restore the friction function, and clean the small rubber wheel!

7. Before printing, the paper advances about 1 cm, but this phenomenon was not found when printing with the tester:

Cause: The host software is faulty and the printer is normal!

8. I bought a new Kⅲ, and the ribbon hung badly when I put the "2" block in print. The coil resistance measured 29 Ω, and then I changed it to "4" block printing, and it was normal (? )

9. The print head continuously breaks the needle and burns the coil 17# or 2 1#: The fault is caused by the print head cable passing through the chassis ground wire!

10. Unable to feed paper automatically:

A. When the handle (feed control lever) is not placed on the "single sheet", the single sheet will not feed automatically;

B. When the handle is in the position of "continuous paper" and CN 12 is still in the state of "single sheet", the continuous paper will not be fed automatically at this time, but the single sheet can still be fed automatically;

C. When the handle is in the front gear, press the "paper feed/paper return" key, and there will be no paper feed!

D.93C46 chip can't automatically feed paper when its parameters change: you can press and hold the "Font"+"Paper Cutting/Paper Slot" key to start the machine and restore the factory settings!

1 1. It is normal to print the first page online. Stop printing at a fixed position when printing the second page!

Cause: It's obviously a computer malfunction! Don't be busy typing the printer! !

12. The printer is online normally, and "paper shortage" is not displayed, but "printer paper shortage" is prompted when the computer prints -2003.4338+00.23. 46338 . 48668686666

Cause: The signal line connected to the host computer behind the printer is skewed.

13. When the printer prints the online test page, the reason why the big word "broken line" appears is that the printer's "word wrap" function is turned on!

14. When the tester is used in a printer, the paper will be automatically taken out of the paper slot after printing the fifth needle, without printing (repeated several times).

Exclusion: Press "Font"+"Paper Cutting/Paper Slot" to start the machine.

Need to troubleshoot and repair the motherboard:

Fault phenomenon:

A. After power-on: all indicator lights flash, and the machine head does not move;

B. After electrifying: sometimes the head moves, and then all the indicator lights flash;

C. After electrifying: When printing, sometimes after printing one line, you can't go back to the beginning of the next line and start printing ... until you hit the wall on the right;

D. After power-on: when the print head moves to the left and then returns, it suddenly stops moving, and then all indicator lights flash;

E. After power-on: the movement of the print head is completely normal, but the start of printing is abnormal; Then all indicator lights flash;

F. Print a few lines normally, suddenly hit two vertical lines (two rows of needles are shot at the same time), and then hit the wall, and all the indicator lights are on;

G. Print several lines normally, and sometimes skip one line before printing;

Reason for failure:

This fault is that the motor performance of word car is not good! OK after replacement!

Fault phenomenon:

A. Sometimes the power-on indicator doesn't light up: Measure the power supply voltage +5V status: when starting up, it only rises to +3.6V and then drops to +2.4V, the printer doesn't respond, and the indicator doesn't light up;

B. Sometimes the power-on indicator lights go out after being fully turned on: when the voltage of +5V rises to +4.6~+4.7V, it drops to +2.4~+2.5V and then becomes stable;

C. Sometimes the power-on indicator is on (never goes out): measure the voltage of +5V, and it will be stable after rising to +5.2V;

D Sometimes the "font" light is off, the print head returns to its original position, and the keyboard fails: when pressing the key, only chirp or no chirp is heard, but the voltage is normal;

E. Sometimes the computer can print online normally when it is turned on, and the keyboard is effective;

Note: this motherboard has "five poisons", except "all-pass indicator flashes"! From this point of view, it is not a big problem to start the "all-pass flashing indicator"! !

Fault finding analysis:

A. Turn on the machine after cutting off the +35V power supply: when the +5V power supply rises to +5. 1V, all the indicator lights are on, and then the voltage drops to +2.5V, and all the indicator lights are off.

B cut off the +35V power channel and then turn it on: when the +5V power rises to +5.2V, the indicator light will be fully lit, and then it will remain fully lit.

C. At startup: "+35V" rises to +4.2V, and then drops to+2.5V; However, "+5V" rises to +3.6V and then drops to +2.4V, and all the indicator lights are off.

D. At startup: "+35V" rises to +2 1. 1V, and then drops to+2.5v; And "+5V" rises to +5.2V, and then drops to +2.4V, and all indicators are on first and then off.

Troubleshooting measures:

1. Update C9 (1000μ F 50V) and C26 (100μ F 50V) capacitors;

2. Re-weld CPU and gate array chip. ....
